standby OmanAir.. ZED fares for rafiq...


ZED FARES = special fares inter-airlines yg agreed... tak semua airlines kitorang dapat murah.. but banyak gak..middle east, OmanAir, Qatar, Etihad, Emirates semua ade... UK = british airways... Aussie = Qantas / AirNewZealand.. dalam US - AMericanAirlines... to name a few.... quite low.. around 80% off.. tapi standby lah.. if flight kosong je..

punye la beratur... panjang gile.. sebab full kan.. tapi nak try gaks...
so lepas beratur, told to wait till 12.15pm.... so we waited... then kena wait sampai semua org dah check-in.. and ade gak yg standby fullfare.. so apelah sangat kami ni, standby sale-fare.... so end up.. tak dapat.... so gi tiketing kaunter.. die kata boleh je guna tiket yg sama utk naik etihad/emirates..

so takyah tukar tiket, can standby for any flights yg going to Muscat..
i.e Etihad or Emirates... kekekek the perks of working with airlines yg ade fare sharing.... flight to Muscat is RM500 (total, tax inluded) pegi balik.. retail, about RM3800 ~

anyways we balik from KLIA...malam ni try etihad pula...

sial tul... beratur punye panjang.. only to be told yang tiket tu takleh pakai sebab tak tulis KUL-ABUDHABI-MUSCAT....
sebab OmanAir was direct .. KUL-MUSCAT...
bengang nak mampos ngn tiketing MAS yg tengah hari tadi.. confident je jawab.. so
dengan masa yg sikit.. berlari ke tingkat bawah.. nak tukar tiket KUL-MCT .. to KUL-ABD-MCT.... mangkuk ayun tul minah yg tghhari tadi...
bukan senang nak tuka2 tiket ni... dahla add on RM300 lagi... sbb KUL-ABD-MCT mahal sket... banyak process nak edit/refund tix nih... hish... okehla RM800 total tiket... but tak semurah RM500 aaa.. huuuu :(

barely made it... last minit.. kaunter checkin tutup 8.20.. 8.22 kot sampai kaunter...tu pon sebab mak rafiq dah bertapa kat situ, distract org tu borak2 ngn die... dahla kaunter MAS tu suruh rafiq pakai shoes and pants.. (bukan sport shoes/selipar or jean...)..kalau tak, die tanak issue boarding pas.. rase nak tampaaa pon ade.. boleh tak kasut tu kitorang carik later... buduh.... seluar tu finela, rafiq bawak kuar pants from luggage... kasut tu mane mau carik? sseb baik bapak aku pakai kasut clarks.. pinjam kejap sebulan ye bah... .. bapak aku balik pakai sport shoes nike...

ni polisi staff MAS... aku tau dulu mmg implement..
semua tiket yg discounted or yg free setahun sekali tu.. takleh pakai jeans or slipar.. tapi dengar citer in 2007 dah takyah.. and mmg aku gi US pakai jeans and sports shoes je ... tak penah la aku tak pakai jeans...

tapi ciss membengang kan aaa...

1. silap rafiq aa tak check passenger load omanAir.. silap aku sbb tak ingatkan..
2. silap BESAR NAK MAMPOS tiketing MAS tu sebab cakap camtu... bengang.. terngiang ngiang muka confident and poyo die tu... geramm...

lesson learnt !!.. pasni fly etihad/emirates je aa.. sbb everyday and banyak kosong .. wuuhuuu!

i just got this back from a 10 days temptrade... and missed it sooo much!!

and 2 people stopped me/dh and asked about it...
this one guy and his pregnant wife kat tiny tapir... trying out ergos...
we were buying tooth wipes..
then I passed the SSC to rafiq.. he snapped it on himself, i saw that guy saw rafiq wearing it...
but me and amir nak gi toilet... amir beyak..
then rafiq told me, the guy asked him where we bought ours...
and rafiq said dunno !.. haiya!.. at least jawab la online...
the guy said he liked our rainbow color hahaha... see! rainbow = husband friendly color!
then a twin stroller pushing mom asked me I bought it....later that day at midvalley...

another Olives & Applesauce 18"...??
I cant justify having two carrier with similar sizing/styles etc..
except dengan cakap.. one for me and one for rafiq...
but I soooooooo want another 18" Olives & Applesauce !!! huwaaaa...

by the way, this OlivesandApplesauce is the newer version.. cara snap hood lain, webbing ends lain, shoulder straps lain... stress gak aku.. but from the 10 mins I wore it, feels so comfy (but BULKY!!!! dang!).. I really thought yang ni old shoulder straps... I couldnt really see from the pics I guess.. cord straps made it all seem macam ade jahit kat shoulder straps die..

travelling again... and appreciating my 16" O&A all over again..
but we do intense travelling, walking , walking, walking...
so there's just no way to carry amir all day long... my tenaga can , my body can.. but my tapak kaki cannot...
so finally we bought a maclaren volo! hahaha...

but there's just time when a carrier is the best option...
when amir tanak duduk stroller.. when maneuvering crowded place, the subway, etc
so we do both....if amir tak duduk stroller, can put shopping stuff...
the 16" O&A still looks quite tall for amir....
but i'm still getting an 18" O&A hehe...

lepas aku and rafiq pancit carry amir (masa ni x beli stroller lagi)..
we suruh osen angkat pulak.... ayat pertama die.. mak oii beratnye amir..
ayat kedua is... tapi comfortable bende ni..
sebab weight die kat pinggang.. bukan kat bahu...
hahahha EXACTLY!! that's what an ssc should feel like.... .. looks comfy kan?

aku masih tido pagi sambil rafiq mandikan amir
and pakai kan cloth diaper and baju sumer..
so I woke up and gi masak nasik goreng amir...
amir masuk dapur, aku bagi amir thongs (penyepit) nak main main..
tetiba suasana rumah senyap je... pelik je
aku gi investigate...
this is what I found...




rafiq tgh guna pc...
amir masuk balik dalam tub.. ngn diapers semua..
tersentap jantung aku... bilik air kan licin..
boleh tergelincir or drown etc.
tapi kelakar je tengok die duduk main senyap2 dalam tu....
hilang mood nak nag.... sebab kelakar....
anyways, lesson learnt.. next time kena buang air
and tutup pintu bilik air...

so mandi la amir 2nd round... nasib baik pakai CD
if not dah terbazir satu disposable free free jek hahah (iklan)

ape lagi aa... (ni adik aku bising suh post gamba2 amir)

hint nak suruh mandikan la kot...

ahad haritu.. die dah mandi....
pastu die main-main.. and berak pulak...
so aku bawak gi bilik air... 1/2 naked laa.. cuci bontot...
bathtab die aku belum buangkan airnye lagi...
tau tau je.. die dah panjat masuk dalam tab, main.....
adehhhhh budak ini...




p/s: aku mmg cheapskate.. takde bath toys hahahha.. (ade dulu, tapi dah tak elok kot, naik lumut)

I'd say without a doubt the best SSC I have worn/tried.....
semua perfect.. really2 really comfy and fittong very good for my body
except 1 thing only...

I think 16" is not high enough for amir :(
O&A comes in 2 sizes... 16" and 18"
i tot...18" cam tinggi sgt, and cam nak angkat toddler..
but if it was 17" .. i'd say its...perfect
tapi tu jelah cons yang aku jumpa..
16" pun sesuai sebnanye... coz kenkadang amir nak handsout.. kenkadang hands in..
kalau 18" susah sket nak hansout..
but aku suka gile kalau die hands-in je terus heheheh

org kata its the softest, but heaviest...
heaviest fabric la..11 ozkot..
but with heavier fabric the sturdier it is..
so chunky babies comfy nak carry..

aku tak try lagi...
but I think it is awesome...looks promising
