sungguh la amaturrr.... lagipun rafiq dah tutup semua kipas siap2 nak masuk keter.. so aku takde masa nak recall right way of wearing.... tapi aku post gak gamba sbb  cuaca lawa and warna lawa..

tapi lepas gi putrajaya.. baru teringat camne nak letak fabric bawah kaki... tu pun tak pakai kemas2.. coz its hottt!!   but even without spreading fabric properly, so comfy lah!... even more comfier than SSC .. coz SSC ade jugak part yg dig your body.... aku dah berangan nak wrapping masa travel nanti... nak dukung lelama berbaloi gakla wrapping...

Persevere

Breastfeeding isn't as easy as it may seem. Every problem must have its causing roots. Only the mother (with help if needed and seriously seeked) can identify the problem and its source, and then try to correct the problem by ANY means possible to her.

Knowledge and support is power. I did not come this far on my own. I seeked information from various useful sites. I joined breastfeeding mother support forum to learn from other breastfeeding mothers. I befriend breastfeeding mothers and even lactation counsellors. These have helped me a LOT during my breastfeeding journey.

What I have learned from my experience and many other breastfeeding mothers is that perseverence and faith and a lot of prayers can help get you there. And seek for help when you need it, seek help from professionals, and do the follow up with them constantly. The Internet is a vast source of information, Google them up.

I truly believe that a baby should never be blamed for whatever problems that may arise during one's breastfeeding journey. Each baby is an individual and has his/her own preference, just like us adults. If we are learning, so are babies. As we learn to breastfeed, let our babies learn to latch. Have patience.

With God's willing, only the mother has all the power within her, to decide what is best for her baby. If she gives up without trying hard enough, then she has given up for her baby. If one doesn't try hard enough, one will never know if she will ever succeed.

semalam siap ade org ckp... are you not producing enough milk... sian amir takut terencat nanti... tak cukup susu.... hmm.....

tapi susu yg aku pam smalam dah naik balik... sebab dah period.. (jerawat pun dah surut, kulit pun kurang oily, nafsu makan pun kurang sket, sungguh gile hormon imbalance ni).... lepas ni aku bagi la 20oz...

tapi seriusly, 15-16 oz tak cukup ke...?

pressure betul.....

anyways... happy 20 months of fully breastfeeding....

ku beli kan amir kasut buaya kaler pink...
crocs ori amir yg kaler kuning yg dibeli masa sale, soo soo big, umur 5-6 tahun baru leh guna kot.... so aku beli la satu kasut buaya.... sebab asik dok bagi die jalan in socks je... susah nak on-off kasut.... and senang terbukak/dibukak oleh amir.. etc... kasut clarks pun sempat hilang kat CDG airport.... sabau jelah!!

anyway kriteria utama semestinye selesa... so kena la raba2 gak kasut2 buaya ni.. biji-biji tapak kaki tu cam sakit/tajam je, so kena pilih yg tak sakit... pastu shell kasut ade yg terlalu berat.. ade yg keras sgt.. yg okay and 99% perfect was this one... 1% was due to color... RM10.. mmg berbaloi2 sebab dlm rumah pon amir nak pakai kasut ni hahahaha...

will have naik jerawat gile2, constipation even with probiotic...and the urge to eat eat eat... sungguh hormon ku tak stabil.... rase cam nak gi hormon terapi ke whatever bagi balance balik...

and sungguh tak dirancang...
dapatla amir ngn gabby berplaydate/sosial.

for comparison.... ni dulu, masa kami masih ade masa and duit nak bermekap..and suka buat keje tah pape...

ni gaya lenggang kangkung takde baby (kantoi kakila ko pakai tudung sama hahah)





lepas dah ade anak.. gini la ... lens takde... tudun shortcut hahahha mekap takde.. ku terasa diriku sungguh buruk!! haha....lantakla...

susu aku skarang, USUALLY tak sebanyak yg previous post punye gamba
aku suka la nak amek gamba bila susu jadik lebeh, post gamba achievement...
gamab2 susu paras normal, aku tak rajin nak post..
tapi ni la usually paras susu normal skarang.. pam 2 kali sehari...
samada 2 kali kat opis...
or cam smalam, pam sekali kat opis...ngelat nak pam lagi petang
pastu malam seblum tido pam lagi...)

ni plak gamba kenapa aku menyampah nak pam...
setiap kali balik opis, ni yg menanti aku dalam sink...



2 big bottles tu... sebab aku store chilled EBM dlm botol beso..
4 botol kecik tu.... coz aku bagi 4 botol size 4-5oz kat nursery..
aku tak caya diorang basuh botol...
if not, boleh bagi 2 botol beso yg simpan EBM ngn 1 botol susu je..
ni beli masuk botol, pumping spares...
kalau aku pam kat umah, byk lagi aku kena basuh..
pastu nak masak, pun nak kena basuh periuk, kuali, pinggan etc...

sooo... ni baru breastfeed punye mom botol yg kena basuh...
kalau yg botol feeding camne aa..?
tapi mungkin formula feed.. boleh just bagi 1 botol susu je kat nursery & 1 tin formula..
susu formula senang sket kot nak basuh compared to EBM...
asikla lemak/minyak melekat kat botol....
campo la BPA-free botol... lagi la susah nak ilang lemak2 tu.. kena berus cecukup..

ni pulak gamba camwhore tudung hamidah... hahah aku decide nak fokus jual beg..
tudung ni pospone dulu.. but I love it!
