Sakura Bloom - Single Linen, Pure line
at first was underwhelmed .... with the keras-ness of the fabric... and the simplicity of the design and the bulkiness of the shoulder... but begin to see difference after washing and ironing... still not as soft as I imagined (maybe I have too high expectation)... but I will keep breaking-in this ringsling.... hopefully will become soft as people say it is..
but i like the sturdiness of the fabric.. definately no fussing at rings after u get the right position... no slipping ... grippy... at first will be leceh nak adjust, but after u get the right fit.. no need to fuss anymore...
due to this, I was able to do handsfree craddle carry for the first time.. before this, the fabric slips and sag... so baby can feel the difference between hand and fabric.... with linen, at first i cradle carry using hand.. then slowly tighten fabric following baby's cradle position.. slowly replacing hand with fabric.. and the baby fell for it!! hahaha...yep very sturdy and grippy...
i thought it would have rail paddings.. i kinda like the babyloft rail padding... (i read that rail paddings are kinder for new RS wearer to avoid pressure points.... p/s: petit belly has padding heheheh)....
as for the shoulder, it is okay.. kinda messy (gathered shoulder)... weight can be distributed to larger area.. but this big span of fabric restrict hand movement... so maybe need to try the UGS ... but it feels okay.. im not really bowled over by it....
all in all.. maybe I have too high expectation... it needs to be broken in before it gets all fluffied up.... but im definately happy with the grippiness and sturdiness... and the fact that I can do cradle carry with the first try.... with the baby awake, no less...
slowly getting to know and love it.... learning all the tweaks and stuff
at first memang everything susah, practise makes perfect...
