gigi die genetically cepat rosak.. cam gigi aku.. (yes, it is genetic)
aku gosok gigi bagai nak rak, pun lagi cepat rosak dari rafiq yg only brush once a day... kalau dia brush pun 30 saat macam mandi kerbau punye style.. but still gigi better shape than mine... life is unfair.. I deal with it... no issues...
oh and I received my BRTC BB cream... excitedness!
ni sanaa, suruh aku jadik fotografer die pakai tudung sri munawwarah... (which is on sale now)... aku pakai tudung ni, kitorang tuka2 tudung kat tandas... seriusly I am fugly wearing munawwarah... buruk gile... which is bagus gak... sebab MAHAL GILE tudung munawwarah nih....

but why..sanaa pun pki FS, tapi she didnt get as much as yours?
kan dia dh start nk intro FM or freshmilk kat izzudin.
i mean, of cos la lain org lain bdn lain la production nye..
tapi..i tot FS 2phase tu very gud..
now i hv a 2nd tot of buying FS.i takut end up the production sama je cam Swing..

lagi satu kena consider is... kalau die maintain guna swing... dapat ke die fully BF till now? mungkin if stick with swing, lagi awal intro formula..?
lagipun sanaa and me dah capai tahap cukup puas hati heheh... (as in malas nak stress sgt and usaha gegila sgt)... meaning, rase cam dah cukup bagus dah fully BF till now... so if have to start freshmilk/formula, then rase cam our babies dah dpt byk dah khasiat BM... so dont feel the urge to fully BF... just part time BF also can....
I havent started freshmilk/FM... but mmg pam sambil lewa jek nih... kenkadang termiss pump session, once a day jek... tapi I have lots of frozen... so belum start lagi FM/freshmilk.... lagipun malas sebnanye nak research formula... selagi ada... bagi jelah EBM yg ade... takde stock kang baru fikir susu ape nak beli... but mmg tak stress to fully BF dah skang... dah setahun 8 bulan fully.. okay la ni hehehhe...
i tot of FS is..nk reduce my pump session kat ofis..skang 4x tau..itu pun baru dpt 10-15oz je..
kena sambung pump 1kali lagi kat umah..then only ok for next day supply..
for me..skang pun dh happy dpt bg AMmar up 2 9mo..of cos la nk continue kan..my frozen tak byk, tapi so far cukup je.takde la cam sesak gile..
i think i hv 2 stay with Swing 1st..kalau ada no2,then start saving 2 get FS..i nk carik BP bagus dan cepat..time consuming la pump 4x ni..nasib la i pump kat cubicle je..xde la obvious sgt asyik ilang je..
tak sbr nk BF part time je..sgt penat skang..Ammar bergantung saja..he doesnt want DH!!tensi gua!
hmm tapi for me lah... my own penilaian lah ni.... double pumping always increases milk... bila aku start single pump (travel, or terlupa corong satu ke)... mmg turun gile lah susu....
sebab bila pump seblah... and capai that letdown... both breast letdown.. tapi yg takdipam tu, tak kuar susu.. so rugi kat situ....
and usually boleh letdown 1-2 kali je persession....
and I think banyak journals yg menunjukkan terbukti double pumping increases milk...
therefore, reduce your pumping sessions... 4x tu banyak tu... I pam 2 kali pun stress ni... tapi bagus that you sanggup...bravo to you!... i think ramai yg tak sanggup and dah quit by now... breastmilk is the best food kan..?
balik rumah I dont pump at all after work... sometimes la kalau engorge, ku pam gakla coz sakit... I REALLY REALLY HATE WASHING BOTTLES AND PUMPING PARTS!! renyaaahhhh!!!
also for me, I would prefer... spectra.. dari swing.... i really truly believe in double pumping... double pumping is a must for me...
single pumping bila travel or terdesak saje...
but you're doing a good job...
dilema gak kan... betul ke worth it nak tukar... me also fikir, next baby la baru beli.. then the pump boleh guna lelama before die kena rest... tapi last2 I just bute the bullet and buy, coz terdesak gegila time tu... slowly watching my frozen gone gone gone.. and tak regret it since...
and I took domperidon too masa time terdesak tu.... pun menurun... lepas FS, no need to eat all the milk boosting food, or drugs... pun naik... so for me, FS saved my BF journey...
masa terdesak tu.. dahla susu sket.. frozen sket... bekalkan susu dlm botol 10oz, 8oz EBM, 2 oz I top up with water.. so u can see betapa terdesak nye I time tu... really low output..

ok. why did i chose FS?? hmm... a good question. and why is my production lebih kurang sama je kalau tak guna pun FS... hmmmm... another question raised.
i think i was very desperate of getting another pump for work purposes. u see, the spectra was a good companion but it wasn't a good traveler. meaning, takde battery operated. so quite tough for me to pump whenever kena pergi travel/outstation, meeting in klia's and putrajaya.
swing was bought during i had spectra, but being a single pump and to me, double pumping gave me more milk. tak pernah bawak swing gi ofis if i knew i wasn't going anywhere, and usually i pumped using swing at home, sbb spectra i tinggal kt ofis. so pump one breast alone after nursing one side. thats why i had both spectra and swing together.
i've used swing during travelling, light, not many parts oklah kan. tak susah nak pasang, but output tak sama macam bila double pumping.
dengan FS, i can pump both b dengan senangnya, let down kedua boleh adjust timing and best of all ada memory so that i don't have to look at the watch and see how long i'ved pumped. so convenient. output usually in the morning will be 6,7-8oz depending on baby minum or not before gi nursery. then petang i'll get 6oz. its been like that since i used FS. ngan spectra i had to pump like three times a day, kan elly?? hehe..
btw, cannot compare the milk with elly, sbb amir is a milk monster. haha...
my baby minum ala kadar je, even kasi susu ke nursery each bottle is 3oz only. thats why he's still 9kg at 15months. amir was like 10kg since 6-8months kan?
apa yg boleh increase my milk quantity. whenever i drink more water. or minum longan, or makan lobak putih. did that once, malas nak rebus sup lobak putih. hehe.
and being a coffee lover, i know its a risk of getting dehydrated and effecting my milk production. what to do, that's how i survive my day :D

giler bagus FS nih..n gile mahal..no budget..tapi..i can imagine how easy n how happy having a double pump..(knapa la tak join kutu FS je kat cari.com tu)..
ahhh...i cant take 2 pump 4x a day kat office in next 1yr++..LO is 9mo now..

he actually wanted 2 buy FS for me..but kena let go Swing..
sayang la Swing ni..i can use Swing kat rumah n FS kat office..
aiyak..dilemma!!
