when I last wrote about susu.. I has a stockful of milk..

bila PMS (premenstrual)...susu merudum cam gile...
cam pam angin ajer.... see this results... huh, nothing.....
masa ni segala macam mende aku makan... milkmaid tea, oatmeal, soya, longan, red dates etc.. etc.... penat aa makan.... seriusly... forcing to eat
and aku rase bukan aku takde susu..
cuma susah bangat nak dapatkan let down...
bayangkan aku pam cam nak mati for 10 mins nothing....
then relaxx.. and watch amir movie... baru susu nak gushing out...
both sides (walaupun guna single pump)....
tadi pump setitik pun tanak kuar... pastu kuar cam hujan... sakit tul hati aku..
cakap senang.. but soo susah nak relax when ur stressed, pms and stress coz no milk...
all my stock digunakan.... and left only with these measly 3 packs...
aku pun to blame coz complacent.. and pumped every 6 hours je selama ni...
gilaa kaaa... takde stock, dah la pam angin... howw?
but then, period.. susu naik balik...
so now aku merajinkan diri pam every 3 hours...
(lecehnye hidupku jadiknye, tido pun max 3 hrs la..)
dari pam sekali kat opis.. aku pam 3 kali...
dari guna single pump... aku heret double pump ku ke opis everyday...
stock dah bertambah sket... but im sure will be dipped into bila period nanti...
must work hard!!!

there was once a time where all the bottles were utilized..
aku tak cukup bottles to pump into....
and by the way.... when amir was 3 mths+... I changed his bottles to all BPA-free bottles.... NO MORE AVENT!! avent tu sungguh showy je.... but contains BPA.... I know byk gak ibu2 yg tau mende tu ade BPA tapi tanak tuka coz of the brand.... aku lambat tuka coz takut nipple confusion... die dah biasa ngn wide neck teats.... boobs nipple aku pun die tanak dulu2.... tambah lagi ngn macam2 size soothers diberi oleh pihak yg berlainan.... sabar jelah aku .... aku carik BPA free bottles yg wideneck, takdak... tapi took precautions gak aa... ensure no boiling, no scratch, no cracks..
tapi bila 3 mths tu, die cam tanak wide neck nipples pun... wants more of booby nipple and so took the chance to change to normal teats and BPA free bottles, botol murahan je (mom's little ones, spectra, medela, pureen BPA free bottles.. yg selama ni aku ade tapi guna untuk pump and storage je)..
aku guna botol avent now for storage .... coz the bottles are dangerous when it is exposed to heat... it will leach BPA into milk... so no sense of throwing stuff away... cam over la pulak... coz only dangerous when heated....
