I bought a freestyle...
everytime time seblum period, susu merudum.. and a lot of effort is required to stimulate a let down...

i heard that Medela freestyle and PISA (Pump-In-Style-Advance)..
have 2 phase expression.. stimulate let down.. and gets milk out faster...

seriusly every month, the week before period.. is agony...
ngn susu tanak kuar..pam 5-6 times.. only 3 times can let down..
waste time and energy....
hopefully can improve with freestyle..
and start back buat milk stash again..
u guys can see the stock this gal has...
I'd be happy if I had 1/2 her stock susu.. gile lah.

medela is known for ketahanan die.. people yg guna PIS, have been using theirs for 10-years.. . shows quality of medela..

Reason I wanna stop using SPECTRA 3
1. No stimulation.. lambat to get milk out.. lambat to collect milk...
2. Must need power outlet.... cannot use in car/restroom
3. Heavy - 1kilo
4. Dah buruk dah tubing and corong... cost RM140 to buy new ones.. might as well buy FS hahaha (eventhough FS is > RM 1K hahahah)

but that said... I couldnt have fully breastfed without Spectra 3... dah berjasa selama 8 bulan.. it was my breastfriend all this while.... but im looking for convinience (less pumping time to get more milk out)... so adios spectra...

Last night at 3 or 4 in the morning.. Amir macam biasa bangun and main sorang2 kat his side of the bed/cot.. Usually akan panjat2 badan aku yg separa sedar, main ngan toys.. Then bila penat die dok seblah and aku tidokan...

Last nite dia panjat badan aku and tido.. So far baru 2 kali dia yg datang and rebahkan badan atas aku n tido.. Usually aku kena tepuk2 coz dia akan guling sana sini cuba nak tido, cannot stay in 1 place..


Well. I really like it when he does that (mainly coz senang keje takyah tidokan)..and rase cam tido ngn teddy bear.... baby koalaa.... last night was a comfy cuddle.... mmmm ... better take in as much as i can before he's big enuff to realize he's too cool to do that...

last week's dispoable diapers saved... (due to using cloth diapers)= 26 keping

kalau tangan aku tak kotor... aku usually lupa nak cuci tangan seblum makan.. (yeah, judge me will ya??? whatever)...
tapi lepas gi jamban, aku cuci ngn sabun 2-3 kali dah...
lepas anything dirty aku dah cuci tangan and kaki...
but after that, if doing nothing dirty.... aku belasah je makan...

yesterday aku singgah kedai buku for rent...
found a baby book... belek2, bace2 dalam die...macam best...
got info on babywearing, co-sleeping, breastfeeding...
but didnt have the cash to rent..
today I went back....

sampai kat rumah.. then I found out the authors were..

I got a new phone....!! huhuhuuuu...
thanks to rafiq... for cheering me up with this new gadget..

anyways... phone lama ku hilang.... it was a W810i...
suka gile aku sony ericsson.... so user friendly and best!!
the new one.. is K810i....
it feels kinda weird.. coz im so used to having a "walkman" function...
now its more "cybershot" function...
I do use the camera more often than the walkman pon.. but still I feel the lost of WM.. gonna need time to get used to it...

but the new phone.. cam blog directly from the phone hahaha
its all set up now.... bestnye..... and cybershot cameras produces awesome pics..
even before with my W810i... my 2MP generic cameraphone produces better quality picstures than nokia with 2MP camera....

anyways.. expect more pics!!! the above pic was actually taken somewhat in the dark!!
