sharing healthy but delicious recipee..
gotten from my SIL but amended to make it low fat and healthier..

1. use olive oil or virgin olive oil...
(i heard sumwhere Extra virgin olive oil is better eaten uncooked... i dunno)...
2. tumis bawang merah kecik (shallots)



3. Put in cubed chicken breast...(pepandai la budget bape banyak... it doesnt really matter, sama cam masak spegetti... belasah jer)



4. Put in 1 fresh tomato diced..
5. Put in black pepper.. boh air sket if rase kering



6. Put in sehiris bellpepper kaler oren yg diced... (saje tambah perisa, with less fat u need more spice to make it delicious)
7. Put in italian herbs
8. Cook until soft... aku masak habis sebab rafiq tak suka tengokk vege in food..





9. Toast 4 keping bread... if u want to be more healthy use wholegrain.... but I love whitebread.. soo... cannot live without my whitebread..
10. Lepas toast tu.. sapu sket with low fat, low salt marjerin ... (takde marjerin aku rase tak sedap.... aku nye taste la).. pastu 1keping roti, gunting to 4 bahagian



11. Letak sket bahan2 yg digoreng tadi....



12. amek 1 keping cheese low fat... lipat kepada 16 bahagian... and ceraikan.. i like mother's choice extra low fat sliced cheese...



13. letak atas bahan2 tadik..



14. bake till cheese cair.... (takde plak gamba)
15. Balance for tomorrow, ade 1/2 lagi hehehe..

aku beli herbs rosemary ngan basil...
nak buat sebijik2 recipe chicken lemon herb baked/steamed si jamie oliver tu, tp ayam plak kt tesco tak best (memilih gak aku ni...haha)
will wait till find good chicken.
