yg tak bestnye.. now amir tau channels can be changed using remote..
bersusah payah die tekan remote TV.. tapi chenel tak tuka hahah..
coz remote astro aku sorok...
so bila aku tuka dari katun die ke E!, die ade bunyik aaa..
dulu die terima aje ape2 chanel yg ade kat TV, kalau suka layan, kalau tak suka, main..
now cam die tau, channels on TV can be controlled.. parah nih...

die jual RM20, in total dapat 70 bags...

playtex liner tu ~RM 45 for 100.. tapi ini liner....
it's actually meant for feeding baby milk thru bottle..
bila guna liner ni, udara tak masuk aaa.... sgt2 anti colic aa punye system ni..
but it's not really meant to store and freeze EBM.... 
sama la cam how tupperware dadih tu pon not meant for EBM storage...
tapi kalau miskin tu, miskin gak la... pakai gak la aku playtex tu...

memula beli playtex yg 4oz...
tapi asik tak muat je susu... leceh nak kena isi 2 bags..
so aku beli 8 oz punye.. 4 oz tu jual kat kak eila...
8 oz baru habis.... sempat gak aku bawak sket ke phuket tu....
tu pun bawak tak cukup, kena isik susu dalam colemans..

anyways yg medela ni aku beli utk org....

I have 2 options... G-diapers... or Grobaby biosoakers...

ni kira pakai buang the mess aaa.. tapi pampers die disposable AND biodegradable...
mahal aaa kan.. tapi conscience aku eating me alive since I know how many disposable a child will wear through out his year before potty trained.. banyak gile.... imagine how many landfill area  that will fill...

nanti aku nak carik option lain... kot2 la ade...
pastu nak tanye akak tu.. nak tak die pakaikan CD modern.. takyah basuh walaupun berak.. cuma buang dlm wetbag saje...
if die agree.. I think the best brand would be lunatots... coz its velcro... sama cam dispo je nak pakai..

My Fav brand now.. is Itti Bitti (for AIO or Snap type).. Lunatots (for velcro or pocket type)...
Grobaby, HH pun kalah aa ngn lunatots...
tapi now grobaby can use disposable/biodegradable inserts.... adeh adehh..

short update...

dah 3-4 hari amir muntah-muntah... and cirit birit.... (not constantly muntah/cirit aa)
nanti aku explain detail...
after that rafiq plak kena......

comforter rumah aku habis semua kena basuh.. and the selimut pun..
semua tempat dah muntah... bra nursing pun dah habis kena basuh semua sbb die muntah atas badan aku a few times
cuaca pun tak sunny.. maka takde tempat nak nyidai dah...
cam tongkang pecah rumah...
never wanted a maid.. but due to rumah too sepah.... terlintas difikiran, kalau ade maid ni, senang idup..
tido pun tak nyenyak dah bape hari dah.... ngantuk cam haram

now aku plak rase cam nak demam.. but still fighting...
keje opis pun berlambak.... tapi nak kena gi course....

Bila aku bekalkan setiap hari disposable ke nursery...
baru aku terasa cam air je penggunaan pampers..
seblum ni bagi je satu pack kat MIL... every 2-3 weeks beli lagi..
so tak terasa... ni nursery terasa..
aku packkan 5 keping... seblum gi nursery dah tukar 1 dispo..
kalau amir berak lepas baru tuka pampers.. die guna habis 5 keping..
kalau tak berak, atau berak kebetulan seblum mandi je... die guna 4 keping...
so sehari akan guna 5-6 keping dispo di nursery.. bapak banyak !!
terlampau rajin plak nursery ni tukar pampers...
(ikut sunnguh schedule every 3-4 jam tuka tu la kot... kalau aku 5-6 jam baru nak tukar kalau dispo ....okayla, 7-8 jam sebnanye heheh)
banyak gile wasteful product yg irreversible... jadik landfil... I HATE IT !!!
Aku tak kisah sgt harga... tapi WASTE WASTE WASTE!!

Drinking from straw....



amir balik dari nursery semalam.. I saw 2 bottles still have milk...
so by my calculation, he drank only 6 oz at nursery....
and malam isnin aku dah mmg tak tido reverse cycling...
so takkan malam selasa pun reverse cycling gak... no way jose.. mati aku..
so aku pun mensuakan susu... suh perabis.....
slow2 la... he was hungry pun... he drank some from bottle (amazing tak mintak direct)
sebab ade TV show die nak tengok...


then aku bagi minum susu dengan straw....
sepanjang petang and malam before tido la ni ..
using straw laju sket habis..
abiskan yg panas.. then bagi terus yg sejuk dari fridge...
all in all.. he drank 6 oz extra from EBM.... sambil-sambil tu makan biskut/roti..
sambil sambil tu direct breastfeed...
aku bawak gi subang parade toysrus tapi die tanak main..
for some reason die takut ngn toyrus.. must be the gamba bebudak byk sgt kat dinding toyrus... pastu amir takut barbie, disney princess and dora....
nampak je die peluk aku tanak lepas...
toyrus OU okay, coz tempat main die jauh dari toy girls nih..
toyrus subang parade payah sket...





anyways die tak bangun nak nyusu malam.. sekali 2 je.... aku tido lena..
die pun tido lena.. bangun pun lambat, kul 7....

sbb setiap kali aku amek... asik tgh tido je..
org tgh main kat luar semua, die tido...

akak tu kata, tgh hari main, mainn toys, main ngn bebudak lain, tgk tv..
tapi takleh nak stopkan die main... so tu yg die tido ptg lambat tu...

petang ni rafiq balik dari outstation...
I must say.. I'd make a kick-ass single mom hahahaha.... everything was fine, no problem... (not that I ever want to be a single mom).. tapi in case of outstation, konfident aku nak handle everything sensorang.... dengan last minit beraknye pagi tadi, banyak sampai terbocor ke seluar... sejuruuuus seblum nak gi nursery... adehh, seb baik aku tak lewat pi kerje... rumah pun teratur.... lebeh teratur dari time rafiq ade (hmmm???)


ni semua terima kasih kepada disney playhouse channel... mickey mouse club house, little einstein, pocoyo... aku prepare barang nursery, cuci rumah, cuci pinggan mangkuk, cuci/sidai baju, solat, sapu/mop lantai, mandi, gosok baju/bersiap nak pergi keje.... semua minimal interruptions.... bila aku takde keje, aku tuka ke channel aku.. supaya die tak tengok TV sangat.... Disney playhouse hanya bila mama nak buat keje lain hehehe...

Cara-Cara ajar minum pakai straw....
Amek straw and boh dalam air air tutup one end..
bagi la air sedap, vitagen ke..
Titiskan kat mulut baby .. supaya die tau can get air sedap dari straw..
Disarankan guna straw kecik.. like straw yakult.... senang nak isap..
straw normal..isap2 tak sampai, then diorang give up...
Jangan guna straw bubble tea hahaha...
so pakai la straw kecik... sekali sedut air dah sampai mulut...
pastu diorang pandai la sedut... tapi tak semestinye pandai swallow..
cam amir.. lepas dah reti sedut air kemulut.. then air keluar balik kat mulut.. .bocor.. tak reti isap and terus swallow...bersedialah dengan bib and kain...

Last week Sanaa tanye aku, Amir dah pandai buat ape...?

Hmm tak terjawab aku.... coz never really thought about it.... the important milestone yg aku monitor was tumbuh gigi, merangkak, walking, wave byebye (belum), pointing(belum) and cakap a broken sentence i.e nak susu, nak be'ak (belum).. basically, all physical stuff...

but banyak dah mende amir dah pandai mentally... nih aku buat list...a few important ones...

1. Die paham certain sentences... Aku ckp mane Mickey Mouse... die akan sengeh and tengok kotak toy die yg ade sticker mickey mouse... (die tak reti pointing lagi....).. tapi kalau aku tanye .. mane Fan..? die akan tengok atas and angkat tangan...... kalau dalam kereta pun tanye, mane fan?? akan dongak and angkat tangan (hampeh hahaha)

2. Dia pandai sayang..... kalau sebut.. "sayaaang saayaangg...." die akan  boh dahi die kat dahi kita... amir's version of sayang.... skang ni bangun pepagi.. amir la bangun dulu... die akan sayaang aku... sayang rafiq.. (macam kucing kuis kuis muka die kat muka kitorang)... kenkadang die kiss aku... basically cam nak gigit, mulut nganga... kat muka aku.... aku first few times aku konfius, ape die nak buat ni.. and cuak.. ingat die nak gigit... tapi itu versi sayang die..... aku cuak gak... if ade mekap, skincare yg aku pakai...

3. kalau sebut " amir naughty boy!!" ... die terus nangeh tak berlagu keluar air mata..... hehehheeh lawak gile..... kalau aku cakap "amir NO!!!.. " tak nageh pulak walaupun tone yang sama ulang 10-20 kali, selambadak je die buat pekak...... aku nak kena record this on video lah... takleh sebut perkataan N-A-U-G-H-T-Y.....

4. Dia dah pandai bukak paip... sebab die suka air dari pair getah lelaju...

5. Dia tau kunci gunanye kat mangga and keter... kalau die dapat kunci, die akan bawak gi mangga, and konon2 cuba nak bukak mangga lock tu... lawak...

Mama amir memang poyo....

Reverse Cycling will.. (I think..)

1. reduce my output during the day
2. but baby will drink less than what I pumped.. so will end up with more milk...




(remember the crisis of FEB 2009? zero milk stock... reverse cycling la yg helped me get through it... not too mention my medela freestyle..)

tapi walaupun reverse cycling up kan susu sampai leh buat stock frozen...
tak sanggup aku reverse cycle lelama...
tapi time zero stock.. semua sanggup hahah..

somehow I foresee some of this milk will be wasted down the drain.. haiyaa...
weekend ni sure tak sentuh...
we'll see... might convert it into pancake / milo drink for amir..

effects of reverse cycling... low output...?

usually I get around 2 full bottles each day... pre-ramadhan..
ramadhan lesser than 2 full bottles....
but collection ramadhan pun lagi banyak dari yg aku paparkan ni.. risau..??
well .. these are purely for nursery use.... amir pun minum sket kat sana...
minum macam orang gile masa petang and malam directly...
okay la kot kan...?? logik la kan susu tak banyak seperti biasa....??
(sedapkan hati.. so I say yess...)

habis gak 4 oz tu...
so kira die minum 12 oz gak aa semalam...


tapi malam direct feeding yg lahap punye la...
seblum ni elok je die tido thru the night... waking to suck 1-2 times only...
now 4-5 kali.. and minum yg lahap...
tak tido la aku... tapi tak kisahla... as long as he is not depressed kat nursery..
tak nampak any signs of depressed/stress..
mata je sembab sket... mungkin sbb nangeh byk.. or sebab demam...


oh ya, die light fever due to cucuk MMR.....
cucuk hari sabtu... aku ingatkan ni cucuk yg tak demam...
ingatkan yg demam yg 3 serangkai tu... rupanye ni pun ade demam...
4 days after cucuk baru demam... so amir pun slight fever la..
but masih aktif... not too bad..
tapi kalau aku tau demam, takde la aku cucuk on the first week gi nursery...
